Celbridge rpc are into there 9 race of the old bird 2012 season and our club is racing very well with not too many of our birds getting lost even as many of the races were hard ones,
onto this weeks results 5 members sent 63 birds into a east wind and as the race was moved due to bad from skibereen to the new race point of mallow, 1st and 4th phil murray velocity 1216,2nd P/M Fagan 3rd and 5th sean Bayley Tom Fagan 6th 7th 8th 9th and 10th club. next race pilmore more beach 9th june when 6 members sent 54 birds into a south west wind lib at 9am winning hes first win for 2012 was our club secretary Paul Fagan winning velocity 1555.877 with a blue hen racing widowhood this blue hen was well up in the results over the last few weeks this hen been a dtr of Pauls good checker cock a winner of 13x 1st well done from the lads phil murray 2nd 3rd 4th and Tom Fagan filling the clubs top 10 ,good news as the club gets 3 new members all from maynooth more info to follow in next weeks results.
